5, vulcanizing machine in a long period of time does not require the use of the case, should be every half a month on the heating plate heating (temperature set at 100 degrees Celsius), adhere to the temperature of half an hour or so.
6, after each use, should be put in the water pressure plate clean, especially in winter, if the water is not clean, often resulting in premature aging of rubber plate pressure drop, pressure plate using life; method is accurate in water, after heat vulcanization vulcanizing machine, not dismantle before. If the water is removed after the machine is opened, the water in the hydraulic pressure plate can not be completely discharged.
