First, the preparation of the operation of the mixer before operation
1: the mixer running test must be carried out on the basis of dry and solid.
2: check each part of the mixer has no foreign body, each connector and fasteners have loose.
3: check the mixer lubrication pipeline, hydraulic pipeline connection is correct, the use of lubrication and hydraulic oil quantity is appropriate, the oil level is appropriate, lubrication parts are in place.
4: the mixer equipment in the air before the transfer of the need for a separate inspection test to verify whether the performance meets the specified requirements.
5: check the integration of the electrical equipment and hydraulic system and pneumatic control system, etc..
6: in the mixer to connect the coupling, the first main motor idling 20min, no exception, then the coupling installed, and the installation of protective cover.
7: in the mixer main reducer high speed shaft end or in the coupling, with artificial disc drive system, make the rotor rotation for two weeks, confirmed no abnormal phenomenon.
Two: no load test run
1: start the mixer lubricating oil pump and hydraulic station, check the parts of the oil supply is normal. The oil pump and the hydraulic station work normally after 15min to start the main motor, from the mixing chamber outlet to see whether the rotor is correct. Usually in the factory before the factory, after more than 2H air transport, the user at the empty 4h above.
2: open mixer cooling water system, check for leaks.
3: in the manual and automatic operation mode, the pressure roller, feeding and discharging door open the door several times, should be flexible and reliable action.
4: check the following items in the air running test of the mixer:
A: reducer drive gear and bearing lubrication points, such as lubrication, the sealing parts are well sealed.
There should be no larger vibration and periodic noise during the operation of B.
C: air transport, the main motor for a single speed, the power consumption should be less than 15% of the rated power
D: mixer parts bearing temperature should not swell phenomenon, the rotor bearing and bearing temperature rise is less than or equal to 20 DEG C.
Three: load test run
1: after the mixer running without load test, load test run. When the load is running, each device needs to run continuously with no less than 20 pieces of material.
2: mixer load test run, the speed should be carried out from low to high speed, and try the soft material after the test hard material.
3: mixer load test run, the amount of glue from the working volume of 50%, 75% gradually increased to full load.
4: the mixer should have the lubrication oil pump can be started before the start of the main motor of the chain device, at the same time the air to the rear of the 10-15min can be fed load test run.

6: mixer load test run should check the following items:
A: the basic technical parameters are in line with the requirements of mixer.
B should be less than or equal to 40 DEG C: rotor bearing temperature rise.
C: reducer bearing temperature rise should be less than or equal to 40 DEG C.
D: the rotor speed reducer, bearing the highest temperature are less than 80.
E: hydraulic system oil temperature in the tank is less than or equal to 60 DEG C.
F: rotor end sealing device fixed ring the highest temperature are less than 85.
G: discharge temperature (measured) and sensor display (thermocouple) temperature values to be the same, the difference is 3-5.
7: the end of the mixer rotor seal without leakage, no leakage of powder, to allow a rubber, oil and powder mixture paste leakage.
8: discharge door should be well sealed, no leakage.
9: mixer electrical, hydraulic control system should be flexible, safe and reliable.
10: the temperature control system can meet the requirements of the mixing process, the temperature should be within the allowable range of process conditions.
After passing through the load test operation confirmed that there is no abnormal phenomenon, after the consent of the parties concerned, can be transferred to production.
