How to solve the current instability of the small extruder?

1, plastic extruder main current instability reasons:

(1) uneven feeding.

(2) damage of main motor bearing or bad lubrication.

(3) a heater is out of order and not heated.

(4) the screw adjustment pad is wrong, or the phase is wrong, and the component interferes.

2, plastic extruder host current instability:

(1) inspect the feeder and troubleshoot.

(2) overhaul the main motor and replace the bearings if necessary.

(3) check whether the heaters work properly and replace the heater when necessary.

(4) check the adjusting pad, pull out the screw and check whether the screw is interference.
