1. Fault condition: the machine is not powered on

Possible causes: power supply line failure, leakage switch and power switch damage

Troubleshooting: ask the electrician to repair and replace the leakage switch and fuse of the same model;

2. No heating: because the heating plate is damaged, the thermostat has no output, and the ammeter is damaged; Therefore, replace the heating plate, replace the temperature controller of the same model, and replace the ammeter;

3. Motor does not rotate: the frequency converter is damaged and the relay is damaged; Therefore, replace the frequency converter and relay;

4. Winding motor does not rotate: winding power switch failure, DC speed regulating board failure; Replace the power switch and relay;

5. There is a deviation between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature: the temperature controller is not corrected and the temperature controller is not calculated automatically; Correct the SC value and start the automatic calculation thermostat at;
