Check request:
Daily inspection request
A. check whether the running condition of the whole machine is normal, find out the problem and deal with it in time.
B. check the gas way, and there is no smooth oil hydraulic oil leakage.
C. check the bearing temperature is normal.
D. check whether there is leakage of the rotor seal.
E. at any time to check (see) the normal appearance of each indicator.
Weekly inspection request
A. include daily check request.
B. check the various parts of the fastening bolts are loose.
C. check the oil level of the oil tank and reducer to fit the request.
D. check the sealing condition of the discharge door.
E. check and adjust the hydraulic system, temperature control system, pneumatic control system and electrical control system.
Monthly inspection request
A. including weekly inspection request.
B. disassembly check the rotor end sealing installation of the fixed ring and moving coil wear condition, and cleaning. Check whether the oil pressure and oil quantity of the sealing installation of smooth oil can reach the request.
C. check the working condition of the feeding door cylinder and the pressure cylinder, clean the oil and water separator and the silencer.
D. check the tooth coupling, rod pin coupling work.
E. check if the cooling system is working properly.
F. inspection of the rotating joint seals can wear, there is no leakage.
G. check whether the installation of the door lock can be sensitive, open and close time can reach the rules. Check whether the contact position of the cushion block on the door of the dropping type discharge door and the locking mounting pad can be in the regular range and stop the adjustment. Check the wear state of the locking pad and the pad block, and the contact surface is coated with M062 smooth grease.
Check the clearance between the sliding door and the lock ring and the mixing chamber, and stop the adjustment.
