The water seepage of laboratory flat vulcanizing machine should be investigated mainly, and the relevant parts shall be operated according to different parts:

Check the surface of the water level of the vulcanizing press. It is the surface of the hydraulic pressure plate or the contact area of the surrounding rubber and the lower plate of the water pressure plate. If it is leaking around the gap, all the screws in the four screws should be fastened in sequence.

If the leaking part is the hydraulic pressure plate, the rubber surface, the water leakage position is needle shaped, in the case of emergency repair, 520 glue can be used to repair, but after the repair must be replaced by panels.

If the water leakage is serious, it can not be used and the hydraulic pressure plate must be replaced.
