The daily maintenance and maintenance of the extruder include the following points:
(1) check the lubrication area at least 1~2 times per shift, add enough lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing parts shall not exceed 50 degrees.
(2) before the material production, the barrel and molding die must have certain heating constant temperature time, and the material production is not allowed under the condition that the material is under the plasticizing temperature.
(3) the screw must start at low speed, only after running for a period of time at a low speed will the screw speed be increased gradually.
(4) the time of rotation of the screw in the barrel is not allowed to exceed 2 ~ 3min, so as to avoid the screw and barrel rolling.
(5) the current changes in the extruder should always observe the main motor, the motor that work for a long time in overload conditions (allow overloading), should immediately stop, find the cause of the malfunction, troubleshooting and then continue production.
(6) after heating the cylinder for the first time, the cylinder and the machine base are connected and fixed, and the screws are screwed once.
(7) before installing the screw and die, the parts should be cleaned with the contact surface, and the bolts should be coated with molybdenum disulfide or silicone oil to facilitate the disassembly of the parts at high temperature. When dismounting parts, do not use heavy hammer to knock each part of the work surface. If necessary, please pad hardwood, knock the hardwood with your hand and remove the parts.
(8) cleaning barrel screw, and the mold materials, can only use bamboo or copper knife scraping sticking material, are not allowed to use steel knife sticking material, but are not allowed to remove the residual material through the screw with fire method.
(9) regular maintenance in general extruder continuous operation 2500-5000h machine after stopping, wear machine needs disintegration inspection measurement and identification of main components, the replacement has reached the prescribed limit of wear parts, repair damaged parts.
(10) under the conditions permit, it is best to designate a special person responsible for equipment maintenance. And detailed records of each maintenance and repair are included in the equipment management archives of the factory.
