Analysis and treatment of leakage of rotor of mixer:
1: may be between the mixer and the moving coil between the touch surface uneven, can not form a sealed oil film.
Solution: remove mixer fixed ring check, drag the touch surface without injury, while the touch rate is low, need to carry on the running process, the running time is more than 4-8h, when the touch surface can not run off the oil.
2: may be close to the refining of the motor cycle, fixed between the hard particles, strain touch surface, so that the surface can not form a sealed oil film.
Processing method: if the moving coil is injured, need to grind the grinding stone, grinding need special equipment. The structure is fixed in two halves and can be disassembled for grinding. Fixed ring plane grinding moving coil and good will, the fixed ring is assembled, the slow grinding hours, grinding time of lubricating oil.
3: may be close to the metal ring
Solution: replace the coil, then run, number of hours.
4: may be close to the smooth tube blockage or lack of oil supply, the formation of dynamic, fixed loop strain.
Approach: will plug the oil pipeline dredge, and find blocking factors.
5: may be at the mixer pipe joints oil
Treatment method: joint seal broken, replace the seal ring.
6: may be the mixer oil pipe rupture or oil pipeline, alarm oil leakage
Treatment: repair damaged pipeline and alarm.
7: may be the mixer oil pump plunger piston and smooth wear between the large amount of wear, so that the pressure drop, the lack of oil.
Method: replace the oil pump plunger and plunger sleeve.
8: may be mixer fixed ring bolts of spring pressing is uniform or not in place.
Treatment method: on the old XHM-50 or XHM-140 mixer, de tighten bolts. The mixer of XM-75X40, modified XM-250X20A, modified sealing fork, pressing spring for disc spring, spring nut tightening is not in place, the formation of the sealing surface than the pressure should be according to the request from the lack of adjustment.
9: may be close to the fixed ring wear or tear, or to the service life.
Solution: replace the fixed circle
10: may be on the mixer ring O ring damage
Treatment: replace the O ring.
