Laboratory twin screw extruder pelletizing unit / instrument type
The machine is suitable for mixing and processing experiments of engineering plastics, modified plastics, waste plastics and color masterbatch. It has the functions of plasticization and homogenization, coloring and proofing, filling and modification, etc. It is suitable for laboratory testing and quality control, teaching research and small-scale production. It can directly extrude granulation, sheet and pipe to simulate a variety of production processes.
1 screw diameter: 20, 25, 30 optional
2 length diameter ratio: 40, other length diameter ratio (10~30 times) optional
3 screw steering: flat form
4 screw speed: 0-120rpm variable frequency speed regulation
5 screw: 40CrNiMo chromium molybdenum alloy with special tool steel, screw feeding, conveying section, compression section and mixing head, with hard chrome polishing, ultra precision honing process, nitriding depth 0.4-0.7mm, hardness of HRC55~60 nitride
6 barrel: double metal material, can be replaced by the hard alloy wear-resistant sleeve, according to the different functions of the multi cylinder combination
7 combination: Screw Kit for the building block type screw combination, multi cylinder combination
8 heating zones: barrel area 4 die cast aluminum heater, 2 zone heater, covered with stainless steel safety cover
9 cooling device: the barrel adopts water cooling system intact
