- 2安全
問題作為事故率最高混煉設備，寶鼎機械根據人體的自然反應，對開煉機的各個方面加裝安全裝置，當操作人員出現危險時，安全裝置會因人體的自燃反應被觸碰，這時開煉機會立馬進行兩項指令，第一立馬停止不會有慣性走動，第二立刻反轉四分之一圈。員工安全才是最重要的。

問題輥筒不耐磨主要是材質和表明精加工問題，輥筒的耐磨性不強造成輥筒使用久出現磨損嚴重的問題，輥筒的硬度不夠出現輥筒拉弧現象。輥筒的韌性不行出現短棍現象。想要解決這些問題，輥筒的材質為核心，這是決定其輥筒韌性和硬度的關鍵之一，表面72+72小時的深度處理也是決定其是否耐磨的重要關鍵之一。
- 4精度
問題造成開煉機精度不高的原因主要在于輥筒支撐軸，同時輥筒精度和材質也會影響，絲桿精度等。寶鼎機械針對精度問題采用手動數字顯示，輥筒制作精度要求極為嚴格，出廠前會對其做72個小時各種測試。同時采用skf軸承其精準度和壽命優于普通軸承。
